HOW TO ORDER

« How to order? »

Create yourself an account with a username and a password (never reveal this information) then click on the products of your choice. Specify the quantity and you'll see your cart. Once your shopping is done, click on your cart to check your purchases and click on « Checkout ». Follow the instructions to complete the shipping and billing information.

 

« Do I need a PayPal account? »

No! You can choose to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

 

« Is it secure to shop online? »

Our privacy policy, our Internet security certificates, as well as the payment options we offer to our clients all make sure that we can protect our client's private information. We will never reveal your personal information and furthermore, we do not have access or store your financial information because your transactions will go through either PayPal, your credit card company or your bank.

 

« I'm not really confortable with purchasing online. Can I simply order by phone or pay with a cheque/bank note? »

Yes, you can order by phone using your credit card, but we do not accept cheques or bank notes at this time.

 

« Do you have a catalog? »

No, all of our products can be seen online on this website.

 

« How can I check the status of my order? »

 Log into your account and click on the « Order History » tab where you can check on the status of each of your orders.

 

PAYMENT

« What are our payment options? »

We use the PayPal service that offers our clients two ways of paying their purchases. Either through your PayPal account or with one of four major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

 

« Is there a service tax? »

There is not tax on food. However, we must charge taxes on accessories and collection items, when they are available.

 

SHIPPING

« How much does shipping cost? »

The shipping charge is a flat rate of $15.00 on any number of bottles 1 through 12 anywhere in Canada.  For orders over 12 bottles, please contact us.  

 

« What shipping options are available? »

We only use Canada Post.

 

« Do you ship internationally? »

No, not at this time. 

 

« How can I send a gift to another address? »

In your order you can specify the shipping address of your choice and also, write a note to advise us this is a gift so we can attach a personalized card for you.
